***This stunningly handsome sturdy thick metal ruler was an advertising premium promotional giveaway to commemorate this business event which was conducted by the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce.
***Acquired from the “Estate of Vivian Anderson”, a then Good Year/Goodyear Tires employee who retired from the company in 1968. At the time of her retirement, she had been the secretary to H. L. McKellar, the manager of the Chicago District of the company.
