PAYMENT

 

CURRENCY TYPE:   All forms of payment, domestic and international, must be in U.S. Dollars.

 

 

PAYMENT METHODS:   

U.S./DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS:   Accepted methods of payment are cash, money orders (USPS postal preferred); personal checks, certified bank checks, and credit/debit cards directly OR via Google Checkout OR via PayPal. Bank wire transfers are also occasionally accepted as a payment option for qualifying buyers/transactions only (please contact us for further information). 

 

***Personal checks may, either pursuant to bank recommendation &/or at the discretion of the seller, be held ten (10) days or until proof of bank clearance can be ascertained (exceptions may be made for qualifying buyers/transactions - please contact us for further information).

 

***NO PERSONAL CHECK PAYMENT HOLDS ever apply for qualifying repeat patrons!

LOCAL PICK-UPS/PAY-IN-PERSON POLICY:    The only payment method accepted for local pick-ups of merchandise is cash.  

 

 

SHIPPING

 

SHIPPING COMPANIES/CARRIERS:   Our primary shipping service providers are USPS and Federal Express, with our determination as to which particular carrier service will be utilized per shipment being contingent upon the type, weight and size of item(s) being shipped.

 

All forms of USPS and Federal Express shipping services, however, may always be upgraded to whatever expedited method of shipping you desire, should you require a shipping method other than what is already included in the purchase price.

 

 

SHIPPING INCLUDED:    All orders shipped domestically within the United States receive free shipping. 

 

The method of domestic shipping that is included in the purchase price of each item is stated within the title portion of the item listing

All purchases are shipped with at least one (1) form of online tracking (either USPS Delivery Confirmation &/or Signature Confirmation OR Federal Express Tracking) PLUS insurance through ShipSurance, our official third-party insurance provider.

 

 

EXPEDITED SHIPPING & OTHER OPTIONSAll forms of USPS and Federal Express shipping services may always be upgraded to whatever expedited method of shipping you desire, should you require a shipping method other than what is already included in the purchase price.

 

U.S./DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS:   If you desire or require expedited or express shipping (e.g. your purchase must arrive in time for a special upcoming occasion or event) and the stated method of already “included shipping” will not suffice, simply select your preferred expedited shipping method during the checkout process and your order will be charged accordingly.

 

***You will be charged ONLY what the shipping company charges us to expedite your shipment. We NEVER charge any additional fees, handling or otherwise!

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS:   Please note that though multiple shipping options are available with all purchases, we reserve the right to not accept debit/credit cards as the method of payment if a buyer chooses USPS 1st Class Mail International as their preferred shipping method, due to potentially excessive delivery transit times to virtually every destination country serviced by this shipping method, as well as varying customs problems &/or issues (exceptions may be made for qualifying buyers/transactions - please contact us for further information).

 

 

COMBINED SHIPPING:   It is always our desire as well as our pleasure to be able to save buyers any unnecessary shipping costs. Thus, combined shipping is always provided whenever feasible for like items purchased at the same time which can be safely and securely packaged and shipped together.

 

***Final combined shipping cost totals are based upon actual total weight of all merchandise being shipped AND the total insurance value of the entire shipment - no other charges ever apply

 

***In the event that all items cannot be safely packaged together (e.g. glassware not being mixed with books), we will discount the cost to ship multiple purchases separately.

 

 

TIME FRAMES FOR SHIPPING & DELIVERY TRANSIT:    

SHIPPING TURNAROUND TIME:   With the exception of Sundays & holidays, we ship all purchases that have been paid for with credit/debit cards, cash, money orders, certified bank checks and bank wire transfers within 24 hours of order being processed, and depending upon the time of day the transaction occurs, oftentimes items even ship the very same day, particularly when expedited shipping is desired or required. 

 

***Shipping of merchandise paid for with personal checks, however, may be delayed ten (10) days or until proof of bank check clearance has been ascertained (exceptions may be made for qualifying buyers/transactions - please contact us for further information).

 

***NO SHIPPING HOLDS ever apply for qualifying repeat patrons! 

 

DELIVERY TRANSIT TIME:  

Delivery transit times, on the other hand, are within the sole control of the shipping company, varying only slightly from one carrier to another, with differences in shipping transit times being primarily contingent upon the ship-to destination’s postal zone. The time of year items are being shipped can also impact transit times (e.g. during the holiday season, usual delivery transit times may take longer). 

 

We are located in Arizona, and to better assist you with determining what postal shipping method will be for you, we have provided the following delivery transit time frame estimator information of typical transit times for the most common shipping methods utilized, obtained from the USPS web site. The lesser number of days represent shipping to a state that is located within a shipping zone geographically closer to Arizona: 

 

U.S./DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS (these delivery transit time frames are ESTIMATES only, per the USPS web site):

First Class Mail - delivery transit times range from 2-3 days

Media Mail - delivery transit times range from 4-6 days

Parcel Post - delivery transit times range from 4-6 days

Priority Mail - delivery transit time is referenced as 2 days to ALL postal codes

Express Mail - delivery transit time is guaranteed (with limited exceptions) overnight to two days delivery

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS (these delivery transit time frames are ESTIMATES only, per the USPS web site):  

First Class Mail International Package - delivery transit times vary by country

Priority Mail International - delivery transit times range from 6-10 business days

Express Mail International - delivery transit times range from 3-5 business days

Global Express Guaranteed - delivery transit times range from 1-3 business days

ALTERNATE SHIP-TO/SHIPPING ADDRESS POLICY:   It is always our pleasure to accommodate the shipping preferences of our esteemed patrons whenever possible, whether those preferences be to ship to their billing address, work address, or directly to a gift recipient.

 

U.S./DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS:   In instances where shipping to an address other than the billing address is specified, an additional $2.35 fee for USPS’s Signature Confirmation delivery service will apply. This mutual protection policy ensures that your purchase reaches only the intended recipient!

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS:   At the present time, we are only able to offer the option of shipping to an alternate address to patrons who pay either via cash, postal money order, Western Union money transfer, certified bank cheque and bank wire transfer. 

 

***For all international credit card purchases (including via Google Checkout & PayPal), the shipping address must match the confirmed/registered billing addressIn some instances, the shipping method utilized must also be insurable and trackable online (exceptions may be made for qualifying buyers/transactions - please contact us for further information).

 

 

TRACKING:  

U.S./DOMESTIC TRANSACTIONS:   All purchases are shipped with at least one (1) form of online tracking (either USPS Delivery Confirmation &/or Signature Confirmation OR Federal Express Tracking). Subsequent to shipping your merchandise to you, we will contact you via email to provide you with the shipment tracking # information for your reference, which you will then be able to track on the shipping company’s (USPS or Federal Express) web site.

 

INTERNATIONAL TRANSACTIONS:   Online tracking is only available with these USPS international shipping methods:   Priority Mail International, Express Mail International and Global Express Guaranteed.

 

 

INSURANCE:   All merchandise is shipped with insurance provided by our official third-party insurer, ShipSurance.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES:    Any and all customs import/duty charges, fees &/or taxes relating to the purchase of merchandise remains the sole responsibility of each international patron, in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of your particular country.           

 

 

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OR DAMAGE:   

SAFE AND SECURE PACKAGING GUARANTEE: We pack each and every item as we would like an item to be packaged for shipping to us - with the utmost care, and using appropriate and abundant packing materials!

 

Should purchase be lost or damaged in transit by the shipping company, we will in every way possible assist you with the shipping claim, including but not limited to: assisting with the actual filing of the claim with the shipping company; providing you with all transactional supporting documentation that the shipping company may require; along with providing you &/or the shipping company with all photographs of the merchandise in both its original, pre-packaged, unshipped condition as well as photos of the actual packing process (we take numerous photos per item and retain all photographic documentation indefinitely for your added protection).

 

***Very Important:   Please note that in instances of a "damage" claim, the shipping company will wish to view in person not only the merchandise itself, but the original exterior shipping box/envelope AS WELL AS interior packaging materials, so it is imperative that you do not discard any of these, as doing so will nullify the insurance claim.

 

 

RETURN POLICY

 

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES AND STORE CREDITS:  Refunds and Store Credits are cordially provided if actual condition of item purchased significantly differs from represented condition. Please contact us within three (3) days of receipt of purchase, detailing the reason for the return, & furnishing photos of item & all packaging. Once return instructions have been provided, you will be required to ship the item back to us in the exact same condition as it was received by you within seven (7) days of return authorization.

 

***Please note that exchanges are only very rarely an available option, given that most of our merchandise is either antique, vintage or a one-of-a-kind (to us) collectible, and thus we generally do not stock in our inventory more than one of each item. .
